Finca - Cortijo — Montes de Málaga

Welcome to Trevenez Country Estate, an exceptional and fully renovated cortijo where luxury, space, and authenticity come together beautifully. This is a true palace, magnificently situated in the heart of nature, offering unobstructed views of Mount Maroma and one of the most stunning sunrises in the region.

The property features six spacious suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, individual boiler, and recently renewed plumbing and electrics. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling, ensuring year-round comfort. In addition, there is a generous two-bedroom apartment, ideal for staff or extra guests.

Throughout the inviting living areas, you’ll find numerous cosy corners to unwind. A striking wood-burning stove with a fully automated circulation system spreads warmth throughout the entire home, creating an exceptionally snug atmosphere. A unique historical detail can be found at the heart of the house, where the original grape-fermentation vats have been preserved in the ground—a beautiful tribute to the past, making you feel as though you’re walking through the rich history of Andalusia.

The large country-style kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience and forms the warm, welcoming centre of the home. Multiple staircases and open voids give the house a magical sense of space, with each corner offering a new perspective.

Outdoor living is just as enchanting. Large French doors open out onto spacious terraces on both sides of the house—perfect for warm evenings and panoramic views. The generous swimming pool beside the terrace provides refreshing relief on hot days. The outdoor spaces offer plenty of potential for further personal touches to complete the picture. The 3,800 m² estate features almond trees, olive trees, and various fruit trees, and benefits from both mains utilities and its own water well, with over 70,000 litres of total water storage.

The cortijo is easily accessible via a well-maintained dirt road of approximately 1.5 km. The charming village of Colmenar is just a 15-minute drive away, offering shops, a pharmacy, a school, and restaurants. Málaga city centre can be reached in 40 minutes, and the airport in 46 minutes.
